Sandy Sims, Sr. Administrative Assistant to the
County Judge and the Commissioner's Court
The Sr. Administrative Assistant is responsible for County legal postings, organization of the Agenda for Commissioner’s Court and any assistance to members of the Court.  She is also responsible for the County Judge’s calendar and for the day-to-day administration of the County Judge’s Office.  Our office always stands ready to help county residents and other county employees in any way they may need.

 

Alison Hitchcock, Office Manager to the County Judge’s Office
Alison oversees the general functions of the Office. She also assembles the Commissioner's Court Agenda Disk and assists with Commissioner's Court. She organizes special projects and helps the office in all aspects of its duties.



 
Brandy Ford, Secretary to the County Judge’s Office
Brandy is the first person you meet or talk with in the County Judge's Office and always has a smile for you. She receives all telephone calls and is responsible for all filing of documents.

 

Holly Morris, Budget Coodinator
Holly assists the County Judge with the County Budget. She assists all of the County Offices with their budget needs, acts as a liaison between the offices and the Commissioner's Court, and is a vital part of the County Judge's Office.



 
Debbie Rice, Grant Coordinator
Debbie oversees all of the details regarding County Grants and assists all of the County offices interested in obtaining and maintaining grants.



 
Linda Rowe & Frances Box, County Mail Sepervisor and Mail Clerk
The mail is crucial to each office in the County. They are instrumental in the prompt delivery of incoming mail and internal office communications. They are also responsible for processing outgoing mail and meeting Post Office deadlines.



 
     
Ann Ruthart & Beth Rouser, Rovers
The Rovers provide vital assistance to all County offices when there are staff shortages due to vacations or illness and during periods when work volume is unusually high.


 

 
Virgil Ward - Community Service Coordinator
Virgil coordinates the people who Adult Probation has for Community Service with the request from the County Departments for assistance.  These range from yard work to stuffing envelopes in the Tax Office, which saves many dollars for the County.
