Johnson County advertises all Bids and Request for Proposals in the Cleburne Times Review.

 

Bids and Request for Proposal may be obtained through the Johnson County on-line procurement system, Bonfire. Bonfire is a web based e-procurement service. Vendors pay no fees for utilizing Bonfire. To view and download Bids and Request for Proposal documents you must be a registered vendor on Bonfire. Interested vendors can register at https://johnsoncountytx.bonfirehub.com/portal/?tab=login

Please note that if you are currently registered with Johnson County you will need to register with Bonfire to continue to receive notification of bid opportunities.

 

Hard copies of Bids and Request for Proposals may also be picked up Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM (CST) at the Johnson County Purchasing Department. Vendors may obtain Bids and Request for Proposals by requesting the bid number or bid name for each set of specifications.

 

Bids and Request for Proposals are opened in an open forum at 411 Marti Drive, Cleburne, Texas 76033 unless otherwise stated in specifications. The date and time will also be shown in the bid document. Suppliers are welcome but not required to attend Bid and Request for Proposals openings.

 

Contracts resulting from bid solicitations are awarded by Commissioners Court during the regularly scheduled Monday meetings. The agenda for these meetings is posted at the Johnson County Historical Courthouse and The Guinn Justice Center.
