Vital Statistics
The Vital Statistics Section of the County Clerk's Office processes Birth Records, Death Records, Marriage License Applications and Marriage Records in Room 128.

The Burleson Sub-Courthouse also has a Satellite Office. This office is able to provide assistance to qualified applicants who wish to obtain a Marriage License, Texas Birth Certificate and/or a Johnson County Death Certificate.

Public Access Terminals are available to complete online applications at both locations.
Office Hours Monday - Friday 8:00 A.M. - 4:30 P.M.
